Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess grease.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, and paprika to create the Big Mac sauce.
Lay out tortillas and spread a spoonful of sauce on each.
Divide cooked beef evenly among the tortillas.
Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, and diced pickles.
Fold and roll up the wraps tightly. Serve immediately or toast in a skillet for a crispier texture.
Notes
For an extra crunch, lightly toast the wraps in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side.
