Ingredients
  

Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Buffalo Sauce

  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the buffalo sauce with melted butter.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss it in the buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.
  • Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until crispy.
  • Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of cooking.
