Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
In a separate bowl, mix the buffalo sauce with melted butter.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss it in the buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.
Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until crispy.
Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of cooking.
